Empowering Lasting Cultural Exchange Grounded in Shared Local Perspectives
Wir sind überzeugt davon, dass wahre kulturelle Zusammenarbeit entsteht, wenn kreative Köpfe vor Ort zusammenkommen. Durch den Austausch in kleinen Gruppen und die Verankerung lokaler Perspektiven tragen wir dazu bei, die internationale Kulturkooperation rund um die Ostsee nachhaltig zu stärken und neu zu gestalten. Im Fokus dieser Veranstaltung steht insbesondere der Kultur- und Kreativsektor (KKS). Im ersten Teil werden Best-Practice-Beispiele aus der Ostseeregion vorgestellt, die als Inspiration für neue Kooperationen dienen. Im zweiten Teil erfolgt ein interaktives Workshopformat, um die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Potenziale der Teilnehmenden zu erarbeiten und neue Ansätze für die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln.
Die Veranstaltung findet in Zusammenarbeit mit ARS BALTICA, dem CCI Contact Desk Tallinn, dem Goethe-Institut, der Policy Area Culture der EU-Ostseestrategie sowie der IHK Lübeck statt. Gemeinsam setzen wir Impulse für eine engere kulturelle Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit in der Region.

Empowering Lasting Cultural Exchange Grounded in Shared Local Perspectives
We believe that true cultural collaboration thrives when creative minds come together locally. By facilitating exchanges in small groups and grounding them in local perspectives, we aim to strengthen and reshape international cultural cooperation around the Baltic Sea in a sustainable way. This event focuses specifically on the cultural and creative industries (CCI). In the first part, we will showcase Best-Practice examples from the Baltic Sea region to inspire new collaborations. In the second part, participants will engage in an interactive workshop to discuss their specific needs and potentials, developing fresh approaches to cross-border cooperation.
The event is organized in partnership with ARS BALTICA, the CCI Contact Desk Tallinn, the Goethe-Institut, the Policy Area Culture of the EU Baltic Sea Strategy, and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Lübeck. Together, we are driving forward cultural networking and collaboration across the region.
